Our Web EDI solution gets a makeover

Data Interchange is delighted to announce the launch of its brand-new Darwin Hub user interface to help our Web EDI customers. At Data Interchange, as we continue to expand our features available on our Web EDI solution for our clients, we are equally committed to ensuring the experience of using our services is world class.

Today we are announcing a new design for our Web EDI solution that will see a fresh, simplified and a more intuitive user experience. It’s important for us to live our vision of delivering brilliantly simple EDI solutions. We felt it was important to make things clearer in the layout, but rest assured, there is the same functionality as the old design and “tooltips” will help users understand the new icons and design changes.

Improvements include:

• Every page has had a redesign that will make it easier for our customers and will redefine the simplicity of receiving and creating EDI orders. From the Inbox to the Confirmed Orders to the Despatches tab, they’ve all received a fresher more modern feel.
• There are now more consistent tooltips that will help guide customers throughout the redesigned pages.
• Easier to use Options and Filters lists
