Our Company Leader
Andrew Filby has worked at the company for over 30 years across various departments, most recently becoming CEO. Andrew joined Data Interchange in its start-up days. He was part of the original group that worked with ODETTE on EDI standards for the automotive industry and he wrote the first ODETTE FTP.
Working with Data Interchange’s customers over the years has given Andrew insight and understanding of EDI systems and cloud products. Previously as Development Director, Andrew and his wider team have worked with customers to gain insight into their changing requirements. This has shaped the company’s product roadmap.
Over the past few years, Andrew has worked closely with the Leadership Team and has played an instrumental part in building and delivering the strategy of the business. He intends to continue this path leading the business forward.
Susan is a CIMA qualified accountant with 20+ years’ experience. She joined Data Interchange in 2016 to establish a Management Accounting function to support the leadership team. Now she heads the company’s Finance and Administration sections. As a result, she provides financial control and support to the commercial decision-making functions within the company.
The implementation and management of finance systems which enable the company to track its performance is Susan’s responsibility. Also, she has a treasury management role. This is key to funding the company’s programme of investment in products and services.
Susan holds a BSc in Maths and Statistics from Imperial College London, and a Masters in Statistics from the University of Kent.
Human Resources Leader
Jason is an MCIPD qualified HR professional with over 20 years’ experience. From family-owned to FTSE 250 public limited companies.
Pret a Manger, Virgin and Carlsberg are just a few of the household names he has worked with. Hence, he has delivered projects across Europe, North America and Asia.
Jason joined Data Interchange in 2019 to partner the leadership team and develop a HR strategy. One which supports the business and helps people to perform at their best. Also, to develop their careers and enjoy their work.
Jason’s role is hands-on and strategic. He is responsible for supporting the growth of the organisation through the recruitment and development of our great people.
Natasha is an MBA qualified Marketer with a BA(Hons) in Design for Performance.
She has vast experience in B2B Marketing for Industrial and Manufacturing businesses and has led marketing teams across EMEA including brands like HARTING and Pilz UK.
Showing her passion for improvement and experimentation, she joined Data Interchange as Head of Marketing in 2020. She takes pride in providing solutions to problems and generating new ideas. As a result of her hard work and continuous development of the company’s visibility, she was promoted to the position of Marketing Director in 2021.
Her goals include creating a great team environment to work in and driving business growth through smart, entertaining marketing.
Ed Martin is responsible for Sales, Pre-Sales and Channel teams. Being an experienced Sales Manager and Partner Manager, he brings expertise in global sales management with a focus on direct and partner-led growth.
Previously, Ed was Regional Director Northern Europe at KEMP Technologies, a global vendor of Application Performance Management Technology. During his tenure he grew annual revenues for his region by over 400%, and grew his team from 2 people to a total of 17, establishing the region as the fastest growing business unit in the company.
He has held leadership roles with other software businesses including Zeus Technologies Ltd. and Riverbed.
