"The people at Data Interchange are always willing to help and support each other which makes it a great working environment. They have provided me with the opportunity to grow and develop, share my feedback and get involved with social events, through various committees and business benefits."

Charlie - Senior Marketing Executive

"There is a great sense of teamwork and support provided to Data Interchange colleagues. There is always colleagues willing to help and a combined sense of everyone supporting Data Interchanges mission and aim to provide outstanding customer experiences.

The company is very supportive of personal development. We have an individual training budget each year, as well as access to LinkedIn Learning, an online learning platform, which has a number of courses you can tailor your personal development plan to.

I’m part of the Social Committee which organises Social events throughout the year, so there is something to look forward to and get involved in, such as Social evenings, themed office days, sweepstake competitions and prize draw raffles."

Steve - Service Delivery Manager

"I have been with the company less than a year and it was clear from the outset that the company atmosphere is positive, supportive, and inclusive.  We have frequent video calls via Microsoft Teams and this has enabled me to build strong relationships with several people across various departments.  In addition to this, we utilise the meetings to support each other and everyone is always willing to help resolve queries and manage the workload.

From a development perspective, I am lucky enough to already be working towards my Prince2 qualification and my technical knowledge is constantly improving through learning on the job.  I have access to a huge range of company benefits where there really is something for everyone with a high degree of flexibility.

The company has been great at maintaining the positive atmosphere and through events such as online quizzes and games of bowling, we have been able to keep social interaction which has sustained high levels of morale."
