After the new CEO, Robert Steiner, joined Data Interchange in September 2019 the focus of the business shifted onto customer experience. Therefore, a new role to Data Interchange was created to ensure the customer experience was not only improved but continually looked at from a holistic view. This role, Customer Solutions Director, looks after the complete support function within Data Interchange, which includes Service Delivery and the Global Service Desk.
So, who is taking on this new role?
Simon Palmer, with over 10 years’ experience working in the service industry, has delivered successful business results by building and structuring talented teams who are effective at providing value in the modern era of business-oriented IT. He also has an extensive IT background; having previously been a technician, Simon has a deep understanding of IT especially when it comes to complex performance troubleshooting of database systems – the perfect fit for Data Interchange!
