Marketing Executive

Contract Type: permanent, full-time

Data Interchange was founded on the idea of finding brilliantly simple solutions to the challenge’s businesses face every day. And, right now, as part of an ambitious development programme, we are recruiting a marketing executive to join our small but driven marketing team.
This role would suit an individual with B2B marketing experience across the full marketing mix, with a can-do attitude and a creative mind.

Key responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Campaigns – Working together as a team to design and build amazing digital marketing campaigns that support lead generation, build our brand and ultimately support revenue generation.

Website Updates – Keeping our website up to date with educational but entertaining content (B2B doesn’t have to be boring!)

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) – SEO is a marathon not a sprint, so keeping on top of our SEO activities and making sure the principles are realised across our activities is key

Search Engine Advertising (SEA) – Creating and optimising Google Ad campaigns, retargeting campaigns and video ads to help drive traffic to our website and create conversions

Copy writing – From high level value proposition pieces to the detailed technical bones. Ranging from articles, to social media posts to big eBooks….we want it all!

Content creation – Producing creative content that resonates with our customers such as landing pages, webinars, videos, case studies, infographics and gated content like eBooks, guides and checklists

Social media – Designing, writing, and scheduling engaging social media content to help us grow our social channels organically and through paid promotion

CRM management – Making sure our data is healthy, our leads are scored, processed, and reported upon in a timely manner

Reporting – Creating reports on the outcomes of our marketing activities and generating next actions from the data so we can improve and refine our marketing activities

Successful candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience across the full marketing mix
  • The confidence to ask questions and will be a strong communicator and listener
  • Experience of Adobe programs to create and edit content e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Ability to work on several projects at once and prioritise workload accordingly
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across the organisation and externally

Desirable skills:

  • CRM and marketing automation platforms – Salesforce, Pardot or similar
  • PPC & SEO experience
  • WordPress experience
  • Working with agencies

Bonus Points

  • Video creation & editing skills (Premier Pro or similar)
  • Business/marketing/creative qualifications
  • SEM Rush tool experience
